1. Payment Method

All orders are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please ensure accurate delivery details and availability at the time of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and documentation

We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us through our website or customer support channels within 48 hours of receiving your order

• Provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue

• Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product

Return shipping details will be shared during the approval process.

4. Refunds

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be processed as follows:

• If your return is approved, we will contact you to arrange a suitable method for refund.

• Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Please ensure that the product is returned in proper condition to avoid delays in the refund process.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and verified.
